Apple Chutney
Made of delicious red apples, sugar, cider vinegar,
lime juice, raisins,
Worcestershire, ginger and spices.
Great with beef or chicken. Also glaze it on
a pork loin when grilling or
roasting. Apple chutney is good simply spread on a
ham and cheese sandwich.
Cranberry Chutney
Made with plump cranberries, apples, sugar, golden
raisins, cider
vinegar, ginger, & natural spices.
Excellent with the usual turkey and chicken.
Perfect accompaniment to game.
Outstanding mixed with horseradish and served with
roast beef.
Mango Chutney
Made with juicy mangoes, cider vinegar,
crystallized cane juice, raisins, lime
juice, ginger, garlic and natural spices.
Spicy and delicious on a turkey sandwich with
lettuce, tomato and all the trimmings.
Perfect accompaniment to curry dishes.
Peach Chutney
Made with delicious peaches, cider vinegar, sugar,
plump raisins, lime juice,
ginger, garlic and natural spices.
Baked on chicken, poured over cream cheese, or
stirred into chicken salad to add
zest to your food.
Pineapple Chutney
Made from juicy pineapples, cider vinegar, green peppers,
sugar, raisins,
ginger and assorted spices.
Outstanding baked on pork chops, ham, and fish, or
stir-fried with shrimp. Add a
tablespoon of pineapple chutney to your soup or
bowl of chili!
Green Tomato Chutney
Made from firm green tomatoes, crystallized cane juice,
onions, apples, golden
raisins, vinegar, and natural spices.
Serve Green Tomato Chutney with seafood's and
meats. Great on pizza, hamburgers, and
hot dogs. Drizzle over omelets, or stir into
deviled egg mixture.
B-17 Sauce
B-17 steak/all purpose sauce is named for the WWII Boeing bomber famed for hitting its target. Tangy and spicy, it adds zip to all kinds of food.
Seasoning: Grill, bake, broil or add to cooked meats, seafood and vegetables. BBQ Sauce: Marinate and baste. Bloody Mary Mix: mix 1 Tbsp B-17 per glass of tomatoe or Clamato (our favorite) juice.
